A day in the life:

  • Provide analysis and support for IT Change and Asset Management.

  • Provide data and process assessment for the PC Hardware Replacement program.

  • Meet with business, technical teams and vendors to plan hardware replacements.

  • Evaluate IT Change and Asset Management program results and recommend and implement improvements.

  • Support the PC Hardware Replacement program through receiving, shipping and tracking hardware assets.

  • Provide system administration support for the agency Information Technology Service Management platform.

  • Compile and present budget forecasts for PC Hardware Replacement program.

  • Recommend, develop and update policies related to IT Change and Asset Management.

  • Work in an office environment on average one day a week with hybrid work options available. Occasional work in the office receiving and shipping hardware.

Minimum qualifications:

Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three (3) years technical-level experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill of data analysis, process analysis and business analysis;

OR

A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, political science, computer science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills.

  • Experience administrating or configuring information systems to meet business goals.
