Job Description

We're looking for a tenacious Inside Sales Representative to join Bravo, an established and rapidly growing B2B software company. At Bravo, we need a hard-charging sales professional to own and drive revenue growth within our existing customer base. With a laser focus on hitting and exceeding quarterly quotas, you'll propel our continued expansion by unlocking new revenue streams within our current accounts.

WHO YOU ARE:

A driven sales professional with a passion for maintaining customers relationships and exceeding sales targets. You possess excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions that add value. You thrive in a results-oriented environment and enjoy the challenge of exceeding expectations. You will have expertise in B2B SaaS selling, crafting compelling messages that convince buyers to expand their investment with our brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your mission is to Drive Revenue Growth by deep selling products and package upgrades to existing Bravo customers.

  • Deep-sell Bravo's product portfolio, uncovering hidden needs and opportunities for increased sales.
  • Manage a quarterly sales quota, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Proactively generate new add on business by making outbound calls and emails to current clients explaining the value of various add on products.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from Marketing and Support teams, converting them into revenue.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits to customers and prepare and send quotes for customer approval.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract adherence.
  • Track sales activity and metrics, reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align outbound efforts with quarterly campaigns and to obtain sales enablement tools for outbound efforts and selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams Sales Manager, Marketing, Support and other stakeholders to ensure inbound and outbound processes support efficient and effective sales process.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience selling into B2B accounts
  • Mastery of consultative selling techniques and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong software solution knowledge with ability to articulate value propositions
  • Excellent communication skills with capability to present remotely  
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g. Hubspot) and sales productivity tools  
  • Self-motivation to routinely uncover and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Demonstrated track record of overachieving in a metrics-driven sales environment
