The Position: Our Safety and Insurance Coordinator oversees all aspects of our safety training and insurance programs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and publishing safety content for the field and office, maintaining safety training records, conducting safety audits, managing workers' compensation claims and automobile policies, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. This is an entry-level position, experience is not required. We will teach you!
Key Responsibilities - Create and publish weekly safety content for the field and quarterly safety content for the office
- Maintain safety training records and ensure all employees are completing assigned trainings
- Conduct on-site safety audits, including monthly crew audits, quarterly vehicle, harness, and ladder inspections
- Manage workers' compensation claims, including intake, follow-through, accident investigation, DWC1 forms, return to work plan, and medical and insurance follow-up
- Keep reporting logs current and report to field and ops managers on sign-offs
- Maintain and update safety policies and procedures
- Ensure first aid kits are up-to-date and readily available
Safety Content - Add new hires to GOT Safety and send out a relatable safety topic each Monday to the field
- Send out monthly report on training records and report to field managers on sign-offs
- Send out a relatable safety topic quarterly to office employees and report to ops managers on sign-offs
Safety Audits - Conduct monthly in-person audits of each crew and quarterly vehicle, harness, and ladder inspections
- Publish a safety scorecard
Insurance - Follow through on all worker compensation claims and DWC1 forms
- Intake and follow through on all automobile claims
- Conduct insurance and law enforcement follow-up
No experience is required, we will train you!

- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Managed WC/Auto Claims
- Completed Job Site Safety Audits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50-18.50 per hour (Entry Level)
Shift: Monday-Friday, Must be okay with an early start time! (Some days as early as 6AM)
