Job Summary
As an Analyst in Infrastructure Finance and Advisory, you'll be joining a team that originates, structures, and executes: (1) infrastructure advisories, primarily working to advise projects on their commercial framework and capital structure; and (2) infrastructure financings, which include loans, bonds, or structured debt and equity products. The team’s New York-based members primarily focus on the Americas. We advise and finance greenfield and brownfield projects across a variety of sectors, including digital infrastructure, transportation, oil & gas, power, and clean energy. Team members have backgrounds in project finance, capital markets, structured finance, and commodities. We work closely with colleagues in debt capital markets, equity capital markets, industry coverage, derivatives structuring, tax equity, M&A, and other coverage and product groups. By leveraging expertise across products, sectors, and markets, the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team integrates and customizes a comprehensive solution to help our clients meet their strategic, financial and risk management objectives.
