As we cross 60 employees, we’re looking for a seasoned IT Manager to manage our IT infrastructure.
In this role, you will:
Manage Google Workspace, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and endpoint security tools.
Oversee employee account onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage the purchasing, distribution, collection, and secure wiping of laptops.
Maintain the wireless and wired networking setup in our San Francisco office.
Help troubleshoot hardware, OS, and authentication issues.
Assist with the IT side of SOC 2 compliance and facilitate employee security training.
What excites us:
4+ years of experience in IT, with 2+ years implementing IT management software.
A strong bias towards security and reliability, with the ability to think through edge cases and ensure ongoing maintenance.
Proven experience in writing documentation and building processes to prevent oversights.
Experience with SOC 2 audits is a plus.
