Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintains highest possible levels of computer and telecommunications availability.
2. Plans for and supports company infrastructure of computers, laptops, servers (including file,
data, application, license, and email servers), operating systems, networks, telecommunications
systems, and system utilities.
3. Develops and submits an annual plan and budget detailing IT support of goals and objectives.
4. Develops and maintains an effective organization through the selection, training,
compensation, and motivation of all subordinate personnel.
5. Contracts additional computer hardware and software support as needed.
6. Manages development of new programs, features, and reports.
7. Communicates project statuses at daily management meetings.
8. Maintains current knowledge levels on existing products and/or acquires knowledge on
emerging technology and products.
9. Establishes and maintains policies and procedures to secure the data center from material
disaster, malware attack, loss of data, theft of data, and other threats.
10. Researches and recommends computer, network, and telecommunications hardware/software
purchases.
11. Creates and maintains user access, including: logins, storage quotas, file/program access, email
addresses, phone-number assignment, and remote access.
12. Plans, designs, codes and implements computer programs, including custom database
applications, and afterwards upgrades and maintains them.
13. Develops test plan specifications, tests and debugs programs according to plan.
14. Trains users on hardware and software use
· MUST HAVE 5-Axis Master Cam experience
