Job Description: Junior Art Director

CROWN a sister agency of Vicarious Agency is seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Art Director to join our creative team. This role is ideal for an individual pionate about visual storytelling and sed in videography cinematography and video editing. The Junior Art Director will contribute to various projects bringing fresh and innovative ideas to life through exceptional visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies for diverse media campaigns.
• Lead and manage video production from start to finish including preproduction planning onsite ing and postproduction editing.
• Create compelling and visually appealing video content that aligns with the strategic goals of our clients.
• ist in directing photos and other visual media productions ensuring highquality output that meets client specifications.
• Develop storyboard ideas and translate abstract concepts into visual narratives.
• Continuously explore and incorporate new techniques in videography cinematography and editing to enhance project outcomes.
• Participate in client and team meetings to discuss creative direction and project progress.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts Film Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience in videography cinematography and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar.
• Creative and artistic ss with an eye for design composition and detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management ss capable of managing multiple timelines and deliverables.
