We work with licensed and insured LOCAL vendors to help with the process. We provide innovative technology for the customer booking a vacation and an open line of communication with homeowners.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Laundry Attendant at Carolina Beach, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a clean and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for sorting, washing, and drying linens, towels, and other laundry items using commercial laundry equipment while f ollowing proper sanitization and load limit protocol s. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized laundry room.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sorting linens, towels, top of bed and other laundry items by color, size, and material
• Packing laundry items based on packing sheet for clean cleaning crews.
• Washing items with commercial laundry equipment following proper sanitization protocols
• Drying items with commercial laundry equipment following proper load limit protocols.
• Cleaning and maintaining laundry room area and equipment.
• Unloading laundry from commercial dryers
• Stocking laundry supplies such as detergent, bleach, laundry bags and fabric softener
• Creating laundry tags with identifiable customer information

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous commercial laundry experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift over 20 lbs.
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $15 - $17

Schedule

• Hours vary based on business needs. Must be willing and able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
