Hampton Inn Broussard Lafayette Area in Broussard, LA is looking for one laundry attendant to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 146 Heritage Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, folded, stain- free linens for the Housekeeping Department.
• Check and maintain Laundry Chemicals.
• Communicate with Management to order any low stock items, before running out.
• Willing to be trained in Housekeeping to pick up overflow of business.
• Keep clean area and ensure safe working area for all staff.
• Retrieve used linens from guest rooms, should this be necessary.
• Deliver clean linens to Housekeepers, should this be necessary.
• Leave no dirty linen for the day.

Qualifications

• Consistent standing for 8+ hours.
• Lift 25-30 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Bend, push and pull loads of laundry.
• Housekeeping and Laundry experience is preferred.
