DetailXPerts is growing dramatically! We are in search of a Bus Cleaning/Detailing/Facilities Shift Lead that takes pride in doing an exceptional job has an extraordinary eye for detail and is motivated by considerable growth within the company! We treat our employees like family!

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Oversee scheduling training and performance of fuelers daily cleaners and detail technicians
• Ability to use mobile phone apps
• Daily and weekly reporting and use of checklists
• Inventory control of supplies and equipment
• Detail the interior and exterior of other service vehicles catering to the clients specific instructions.
• Porter and janitorial services for facilities
• Use equipment provided to clean and maintain the exterior vehicle surfaces
• Clean the upholstery and other surfaces using our ecofriendly cleaning agents applicators and cleaning devices.
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships build trust and grow our client base by providing exceptional client experience with each service provided.

Job Requirements:

• Must pass background check
• Must have reasonable driving record reliable transportation
• DEPENDABLE honest hardworking and punctual.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment caring for clients and having pride for a job well done.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Grand Rapids MI
• License/Certification: Drivers License (Required)

Shift: Sunday through Friday; Evening shift (5pm2am) and overseeing other shifts as needed
