Job Description

A well-established meat processing facility in Western Ohio is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager . This facility has recently modernized and upgraded its equipment, and we are looking for a skilled leader to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the smooth running of the new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the entire maintenance program/team, all shifts.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including ovens, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
* Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
* Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
* Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.

Qualifications:

* 5-7 years experience in maintenance management role.
* 7+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a food processing environment .
* Expertise in industrial equipment such as ovens, boilers, and refrigeration systems .
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
