This is a strategic role that offers the opportunity to lead a skilled, multi-generational team, managing the maintenance and operations of 41 campus buildings, including administrative and residential facilities. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will oversee a team of 30 Maintenance Technicians specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and repairs. Experience with boilers is essential to succeed in this role.
