7. Budget Management:

8. Team Leadership and Development:

   • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• X+ years of experience in marketing roles, with proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
