Mutrux Firm Injury Lawyers is looking for an “in house” marketing team member to help with lead generation.

Can you get results? We are looking for someone that can lead us to SEO success. The ideal applicant must know how to develop and implement SEO strategies to grow high conversion traffic effectively and efficiently. 

• Manage and optimize Mutrux Firm Injury Lawyers' website for search engines, including both on-page and off-page SEO efforts.
  
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
  
• Create and optimize content that aligns with the firm's legal services, targeting relevant keywords.
  
• Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  
• Keep abreast of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall digital marketing goals and campaigns.
  
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and address technical issues affecting website performance.
  
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape in the legal industry to identify opportunities for growth.
  
• Implement best practices for local SEO to improve the firm's visibility in the geographic areas it serves.
  
• Ensure that all SEO activities adhere to ethical guidelines and do not involve any black-hat or spam-like techniques.
  
• Salary $34,000- 36,000 starting pay
  

Requirements

Requirements

-At least 4 years of professional SEO experience.

-Strong Communication skills.

-Disciplined approach to SEO.

-Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to strategically assess opportunities and make data driven decisions, turning insights into actionable and measurable strategies. This should result in tangible improvements in Lead generation.

-Skilled with keyword and competitive research using enterprise- level SEO tools including SEMRush.

-Strong analytical skills to review data, analyze results, and turn insights into actionable and measurable actions.

-Expert knowledge of SEO performance marketing, conversions, and online acquisitions SEO analysis and planning skills

-Understanding of how build quality- converting SEO traffic quickly.
