Middle Communications Specialist Description

We are in search of a skilled Middle Communications Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will aid in crafting and implementing internal communication strategies primarily for the Cloud & Delivery Organization, Americas Unit. Working with the communications team and unit leaders, you will help ensure uniform messaging across various platforms, contribute to content creation, and collaborate with stakeholders to bolster the organization's communication endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Play a role in creating communication materials for the Unit and support tasks related to the Global Cloud Practice
• Help in preparing and disseminating internal communication tools such as newsletters, digests, articles, and posts
• Manage internal communication channels like MS Teams and Viva Engage among other platforms
• Facilitate communication aspects of organizational events including Monthly Sync Calls, Townhalls, and leadership updates to boost employee engagement
• Work alongside different teams and departments to deliver clear and timely information to employees
• Track and report on the feedback and engagement generated by internal communications
• Keep internal communication schedules updated and ensure the timely release of content
• Support the execution of employee surveys and communication audits to pinpoint areas for enhancement
• Engage in creative sessions to brainstorm innovative communication ideas and strategies

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in communications, with a preference for backgrounds in internal or corporate communications roles
• Proficient in English, with strong capabilities in both spoken and written forms, suitable for effective communication
• Collaborative nature, with the ability to work across various departments and with different stakeholders
• Basic familiarity with digital communication platforms and employee engagement tools
• Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools such as Canva or FIGMA
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, necessary for crafting clear and engaging content
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently, think critically, and make well-informed decisions

Nice to have

• Experience with email marketing and its application in internal communications
• Background in leading small teams or projects within a communications framework
