岗位职责 :
永磁无刷电机在消费品、工业伺服驱动和汽车领域的产品创新研发；
关注市场动态，分析市场信息，确定产品开发目标；
跟踪电机新技术、新工衣、新材料，进行电机新产品创新设计、开发；
负责新项目可行性分析，创新设计、样机制作和试验验证全过程；
与事业部工程团队和工艺团队密切合作，改进电机结构和生产工艺；
对公司事业部下属工程团队提供技术支持，帮助解决技术上的疑难问题；
合理规划时间进度，同时推进多个研发项目。
任职要求 :
本科或以上学历，电机（气）工程、电气自动化、机械工程或机电一体化专业背景具有研发工作经历；
具有永磁无刷同步电机（PMSM)在汽车电机/消费品和伺服驱动工业应用领域产品开发经验；
具备电机本体设计经验，能独立完成产品开发，具有工业机器人伺服驱动研发经验、电机电磁、热仿真能力者优先；
熟悉永磁无刷直流电机和永磁同步电机控制技术；
熟悉电机的结构和生产工艺，能熟练使用solidworks完成结构设计；
能熟练使用Ansys Maxwell电磁仿真软件和MATLAB Simulink,、或Ansys Mechanical结构仿真软件并具有丰富的仿真经验者优先；
沟通和表达能力强，富有团队合作精神，善于进度规划和时间管理；
精通中，英文书面表达，英语口语和听力良好；
具有带领研发团队的潜能。
