About the role:

The NetSuite Administrator at Better Baseball will play a pivotal role in driving the companys

digital transformation and operational efficiency. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional

who thrives on accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. As a key member of our team, you

will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales, and IT, to streamline

processes and enhance system functionality. Your adaptability will be essential in meeting the

Job Responsibilities and Technical Requirements:

Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, customize, and maintain the NetSuite ERP

system, including managing data integrity and overseeing updates and patches.

Module Management: Optimize NetSuite modules such as CRM, inventory, order

management, and financials, and integrate e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento,

or WooCommerce.

End-User Assistance: Provide support and training to end-users, addressing issues and

questions.

Documentation: Document system processes, configurations, and best practices

comprehensively.

Custom Reporting: Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to support business decisions and identify areas for process

improvement.

System Security: Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data

security and compliance.

Audit Preparation: Assist with audit preparations and compliance reporting.

Implementation and Upgrades: Plan, test, and deploy new NetSuite modules and system

upgrades.

Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various

departments to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

Administration: Strong experience with NetSuite administration, including system

configuration, data management, and reporting.

Module Proficiency: Expertise in CRM, inventory, order management, and financial

modules.

Financial Principles: Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.

Platform Integration: Experience with integrating e-commerce platforms within NetSuite.

Retail Operations: Familiarity with retail processes, including inventory management,

order processing, and POS systems.

Issue Resolution: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues

promptly.

Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement process improvements within the

NetSuite environment.

End-User Support: Excellent communication skills to provide support and training to endusers.

NetSuite Certification (is a plus): NetSuite Administrator or other relevant NetSuite

certifications are highly desirable.

Degree: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business

Administration, or a related field.
