Job Description

1. Provide high-quality English tutoring services for three children, including two 2-3-year-old and one 10-year-old.
2. Design and implement individualized English learning plans tailored to each child's age and proficiency level, ensuring engaging and effective lessons.
3. Establish and manage your own teaching system, including curriculum planning, material selection, teaching methodologies, and assessment mechanisms.
4. Accompany and tutor the older child during a summer camp in the United States, facilitating their language immersion and cultural experiences.
5. Maintain close communication with parents, regularly updating them on the child's progress and collaborating on the adjustment of teaching plans.
6. Foster a positive learning environment that inspires students' interest, confidence, and holistic development.
