Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, Chemistry or related major is preferred.
  2. At least five years of experience in logistics and warehousing team management experience, with a strong understanding of local Indian business operations.
  3. Knowledge of international trade and import/export operations, with experience in cross-border logistics and regulatory compliance.
  4. Strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and team management capabilities.
  5. Candidates with experience working with Chinese companies will be given preference, especially biomedical or pharmaceutical companies, with familiarity in China-India trade and business culture.
  6. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus. Responsibilities:
  1. Logistics & Warehousing Management: Manage logistics and warehousing operations in India, and ensure on-time delivery and reasonable inventory.
  2. Import & Export Coordination: Familiar with international trade and import/export procedures, manage the transport of goods between China and India, and arrange local distribution as per order and shipping requirements.
  3. Customs & Compliance: Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure all shipments comply with Indian regulations and international trade requirements.
  4. Customer Service Management: Participate in customer service, professionally handle customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, chat, and email; convey accurate information regarding products, prices, product availability, current promotions, etc.
  5. Sales & Market Support: Get a clear mind of CS product line in India; assist the CS sales team in expanding the Indian market, including client record and analysis, and bid/tender follow-ups.
  6. Team Management: Lead the daily operations of the India office, including administrative tasks, personnel support, and office environment maintenance to ensure smooth functioning; collaborate closely with China Team to drive business growth.
  7. Other Duties: Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the reporting supervisor to support CS business development in India.
