We're seeking a talented Operations Supervisor to lead our growing support team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising Customer Service Representatives, ensuring efficient workflows, and coaching team members to reach their full potential. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving our continued success and enhancing our customer service efforts.
What You'll Be Doing:
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Team Development: Provide ongoing training, development, and coaching to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
Performance Management: Regularly review team and individual performance metrics, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.
Process Optimization: Create, refine, and implement methods and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure top-notch service delivery.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Leadership Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Customer Service Expertise: Minimum 6 years in a customer service role, with insurance agency experience strongly preferred.
Insurance Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days of employment.
