Position Details:
Full-Time Opportunities:
Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (In-Clinic; Aqua/Farm-based opportunities available)
If you are a trained Feeding Therapist, you can integrate feeding sessions into your schedule.
Work a full-time schedule of four or five days per week, with a minimum of 26 hours of available treatment sessions weekly, plus one initial evaluation each month (unfilled cancellations can be used for documentation time/evaluation write-ups), progress reports, and re-evaluations as needed.

For Employees Working Over 20 Hours:
Yearly $1,000 Continuing Education Reimbursement (prorated in the first year based on hire date).
For Full-Time Employees Working Over 26 Hours:
Yearly $1,000 Continuing Education Reimbursement (prorated in the first year based on hire date).
For candidates relocating from outside the island, $1,000 toward relocation expenses, or for local candidates, an additional $1,000 towards Continuing Education for the first year of employment.

Grounds Manager: Ensures a clean and well-maintained environment, including setup and cleanup of feeding sessions.
Volunteer Support: Therapy students trained in disinfecting and cleanup procedures are available to lend a hand.

Three shared and five individual treatment rooms tailored to various client needs (e.g., glow room, pretend play room, calming cave room).

Annual budget for purchasing additional therapist-requested materials.

Qualifications:
OTR Certification Required
Ability to obtain a Hawaii License (upon hire)
NPI number (upon hire)
BLS certification from an accredited course (upon hire)
Complete insurance provider applications (upon hire)
Ability to handle a physical workload
