What Youll Do: Lead the pricing strategy for Norwood Medical, aligning with company goals and market dynamicsEngage directly with customers to understand quote timing, technical documentation, and process expectationsOrganize and manage incoming RFQs, ensuring alignment and collaboration with internal stakeholders for quote developmentPresent detailed quotes and pricing strategies to executive leadership for input and approvalSupport customer requests for cost models, detailed breakdowns, and pricing analysisPartner with internal teams during pricing negotiations for new and existing businessDeliver compelling presentations and conduct market research to inform pricing decisionsAnalyze quote performance to assess pricing effectiveness and profitabilityDrive the development and implementation of scalable pricing systems and business processesEvaluate and respond to sales-driven price change requests with insight into margin, volume potential, and competitive landscapeMonitor industry trends and competitor pricing strategies in the advanced manufacturing and medical device sectors
