Description of Duties

Title : PD/Production Intern

Classification : Nonexempt

Salary : $17.28/hr

Location : Van Nuys, CA

Schedule*: Onsite

DÔEN is looking for a dynamic PD/Production Intern to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is on site/in office and will report to our VP of Product Development. The job description below is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Filing of approved swatches, lab dips, trim submits, logging wip details & tracking, organization of binders & samples (including footwear/accessories), opens and distributes pancakes
• Supports Production & Product Development Team in day-to-day functions
• Assists in preparation for design meetings
• Assistants in ERP Data Entry
• Track UPC Tags, care labels & disclaimer tags
• Work with DC to keep accurate inventory of hashtags (prep for reordering)

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly growing company

• Ability to foster an inclusive and respectful work environment

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to be in office a minimum of 4 days a week; full schedule to be determined with supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation
• Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer
• Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs
• Able to walk, sit and stand for periods of time
• Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones
• Must be able to access various areas of a given location

* Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

* The DÔEN 2024 Internship Program is a 4 month paid project.
