About the role

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Project Coordinator with a solid understanding of GHL (Go High Level CRM). The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, project management, and customer interactions. If you love tech and marketing, have excellent communication skills, and can anticipate and resolve issues independently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and setups.
  • Own and manage the Client tracker and have awareness on software and service usage retention and satisfaction
  • Schedule and coordinate training calls, webinars, and guest speaker slots.
  • Collaborate with GHL tech admins to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Use standard marketing software tools (calendars, landing pages, email marketing, Zapier, workflows) to streamline operations.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members.
  • Proactively anticipate and address potential problems, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Solid Understanding of GHL (or other CMRs):
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to find creative solutions to challenges.
  • Resourcefulness: Independently identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Tech and Marketing Enthusiast: Passion for leveraging technology and marketing strategies.
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management/Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

About you

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing CRMs
  • Daily, full-time availability on GMT (UK).
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to jump on Zoom calls with clients, document requirements, and respond to issues.
  • Proactive thinking.
  • Responsive and helpful demeanor.
  • 2+ years working in a customer success or equivalent role.
  • 2+ years working in digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of websites, SEO, social media, and paid ads.
  • Fast learner able to understand and implement new concepts quickly and correctly.
