The Opportunity:
We're seeking high-potential, results-oriented individuals to join our team as Project Coordinators. In this role, you'll be a valuable contributor to our project teams, working on multiple complex projects for customer programs that typically exceed $1 million in revenue. This position offers excellent opportunities for advancement within our company, as we strongly believe in promoting from within.
What You'll Do:
- Negotiate and schedule field services with our national network of technicians
- Implement tasks from project schedules to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution
- Coordinate with external vendors for surveys, manufacturing, transportation, and installation
- Actively participate in project meetings and proactively communicate concerns and solutions
- Develop strong relationships with team members, vendors, and subcontractors
- Manage project scope changes and devise contingency plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records
What We're Looking For:
- Associate degree or two years of general work experience
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for a busy work environment
