Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule field service with our national network of technicians.
Follow project schedules and templates to ensure timely and budget-friendly project execution.
Manage external vendor schedules, including job-site surveys, manufacturing, transportation, and final installation to ensure on-time delivery.
Participate in project meetings, addressing concerns and offering solutions to customer issues.
Execute tasks to ensure smooth project progress until completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with your team, other Project Managers, and external partners.
Manage changes in project scope with effective problem-solving techniques and contingency plans.
Keep all administrative tasks current and tracked according to our processes.
Project Coordinator Requirements:
Associate degree or two years of relevant work experience.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
Enjoys staying busy and productive.
