Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead key HR projects involving data, processes, technologies, and people. The role requires a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence two days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and specifications are met.
• Collaborate with matrixed teams to maintain project schedules and documentation, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive alignment between project sponsors, stakeholders, and core teams for successful goal execution.
• Develop and oversee project plans, manage resources, assess risks, and facilitate reviews and presentations.
• Create and update an Epic and Features roadmap, prioritizing based on business objectives and value.
• Act as a liaison between Corporate and Divisional teams to influence effective enterprise-wide decision-making.
• Support organizational-level change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 7 10 years' experience in project/program management with proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, with experience in HR functions like talent acquisition and compensation.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor's degree: MBA or PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience with global Human Capital Management systems or Workday implementation is a plus.
