Why we need you:

The Property Maintenance and Service Manager oversees the day-to-day maintenance teams and service providers involved in the portfolio of buildings managed by Urban Resource. This position is accountable for managing all service requests, employees, 3rd party vendors and make ready processes for vacant units. 

What your day to day might look like:

• Manage 6 service technicians and 3 administrative positions within the department
• Engagement of third-party suppliers and contractors
• Responsible for the overall process of all maintenance inquiries and requirements

• You have leadership and team-building skills
• You strive for excellence

Some things we can’t live without:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Direct experience managing a team of 5 to 10 employees
• Proficiency in property management software
• Experience and knowledge in maintenance of properties

Compensation:

• $80,000 per year
