Your Role 

The Quality Assurance Specialist role will be primarily responsible for ensuring proper procedures are followed and auditing customer orders.

 

What You’ll Do 

Evaluate the work of fellow associates to ensure proper procedures are followed and customer orders are accurate.

Daily auditing of transactions completed in all departments

Validating and updating item information

Other tasks as required to meet team goals

 

What You Bring 

Provide constructive feedback

Perform basic math, and interpret both written and verbal instructions correctly

Actively support team concepts

Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements

Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment

Give attention to detail

MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) experience

Data entry skills

Sound decision-making ability

Effective and professional communication ability, written and verbal

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
