Quality Manager

Position Overview
The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards while overseeing the quality control process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality, Engineering, and Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
• Lead and manage the quality control team to ensure that all team members are meeting their targets and objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all quality control processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Experience in Chemical Processing, Packaging, Packaging Engineering and Packaging Equipment is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
