Job Description

Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our customer in Sauk Rapids, MN.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned. 

• Coordination, tracking/status of all in-house MRB material. 
• Fully owns MRB meetings acting as the Quality department representative.
• Ensure NCRs are appropriately dispositioned, approved, and completed.
• Drive NCR Dispositions to close through use of ERP system workflows leveraging cross functional team member support.
• Owns issuance of work orders in ERP system to manage certain Non-Conformance disposition and tracking of these orders to completion.
• Interface daily with various departments to seek closure on open MRB items.
• Conduct regular NCR review meetings and inventory activities.
• Ensure nonconforming products and purged materials are properly identified, labeled, and contained.
• Investigate and drive RMAs to completion through appropriate channels.
• Update and improve documentation/procedures to ensure the MRB system meets objectives and requirements.

Duration : Temporary, 12 months 

Shift: 1 st shift: 7am-3pm (Mon-Fri)

Pay Rate : $22.60 

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years quality or related work experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Some technical or college education 
• Familiarity with GMP and ISO methods

Preferred Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals 
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings of complex mechanical or electrical components. 
• Ability to read testing instruments and record inspection results. 
• Ability to use mechanical or electrical inspection tools, instruments, and devices. 
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply in units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, and decimals.
• Prioritize work in accordance with lead/supervisor direction. 
• Good problem-solving skills 
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Good MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills 
• Familiar with Agile system 
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
