Red Sage Enterprises, Inc (DBA JBF Broomfield/Brighton) in Brighton, CO is looking for a Clothing Rack Setup Captain to take charge of assembling and organizing our temporary clothing racks before each event and breaking them down afterward. Work will take place at 9755 Henderson Rd in Brighton.

The Clothing Rack Setup Captain is responsible for efficiently setting up, securing, and organizing temporary clothing racks before our events and dismantling them afterward. This role requires physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the assembly and disassembly of clothing/toy/shoe racks.
• Ensure racks are securely set up for safety and durability.
• Organize racks according to the event floor plan.
• Troubleshoot any setup issues (missing parts, structural instability, etc.).
• Assist with minor event space setup tasks as needed.
• Work efficiently under time constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience with JBF event setup.
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to measure distances and floor space accurately to ensure proper rack placement.
• Ability to follow setup instructions and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Punctual and reliable—timing is crucial for our events.
• Must have reliable transportation to event locations.
• Strong inter-personal skills to collaborate with the moving crew.
• Confident leadership skills to communicate direction to other setup staff.

Schedule & Commitment

• This is a temporary, seasonal, as-needed position.
• Assembly usually occurs 1 day before the presale of each event; disassembly happens 1 day after shopping closes at each event.
• Events happen 2 times per year, with setup and teardown shifts typically lasting 6-8 hours each.
• 2-year commitment preferred.
