Operations Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our property management operations, focusing on industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will ensure effective management of assets, maintain compliance, and foster strong tenant relationships while driving operational excellence and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of industrial properties to ensure high standards of property management.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of property operations.
  • Manage budgets, expense reports, and financial reporting to maintain fiscal responsibility and performance.
  • Coordinate tenant leasing processes and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in property operations.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team through coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and review service contracts, time sheets, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in new construction projects, ensuring they adhere to budget and timeline requirements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ Years' proven experience in operations management, specifically in real estate and property management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management and accounting principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on coaching and training team members.
  • Experience in managing budgets, expense reports, and financial forecasting.
  • Solid understanding of tenant relationships and leasing processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations in property operations.
  • Experience with new construction projects and related operational strategies.

  • $120,000 - $140,000 base salary depending on experience
