Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time, short-term contract position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manages visitor access, logs arrivals, and informs staff or provides assistance as needed.
  • Operates the main phone system, handles inquiries, and routes calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Processes and distributes mail, ensuring proper routing.
  • Provides general administrative support, including proofreading, preparing documents, and assisting staff.
  • Handles tasks like file management, event registration, meeting room scheduling, and supply inventory.
  • Responds to inquiries or directs them to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Mt be self-motivated and punctual.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.

Hours:

  • M -F 8-5
  • In-Person
