Work Location and Structure

This position will be a hybrid of in-office work two days a week and remote work from home.

Position Overview

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our company's success by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional individuals who will contribute to our fast-paced and innovative environment. You will partner closely with the HR Manager to recruit for various departments and develop effective recruitment strategies. Essential Functions

- Collaborate with managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
- Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate management, and interview coordination.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Required Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

- Proven experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Strong ability to proactively source and attract passive candidates.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - including PowerPoint, Teams.
- Must have strong Excel skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Pro.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to pivot and reprioritize tasks throughout the day.

Required Education and Experience

- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.

Physical Requirements

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Able to travel as needed.
- Must be able to be in the office a minimum of two days per week.

-Compensation

**Compensation Range:** $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
