Recruitment Specialist - College of Emerging & Collaborative Studies

This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Academic and Student Affairs in the College of Emerging and Collaborative Studies (CECS), serving as the Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist acts as the primary contact for potential applicants interested in the College of Emerging and Collaborative Studies (CECS). This role collaborates closely with the Assistant Dean of Academic and Student Affairs and CECS staff on areas such as advising, careers, alumni relations, employers, student life, and diversity. The successful candidate will build relationships, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, develop innovative strategies to tackle new challenges, and utilize critical thinking skills to enhance recruitment efforts.
