Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Observes refrigeration equipment and system operations.
• Records pertinent systems parameters (e.g. pressure, temperature, other)
• Assists with the starting and stopping of equipment.
• Assists refrigeration controls and valves.
• Notifies Leadership of any refrigeration issues or equipment malfunctions.

Job Requirements, Education, & Certifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have a mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals
• Ability to use basic hand tools, test instruments, and lubricants
• Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required

• Extreme temperature variations
• Wet surfaces
• Noise
• Moving mechanical parts
• Industrial equipment
