This remote position will involve recruiting efforts in your assigned territories and may include some evening travel.

Education
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience
Preferred: Experience in college admissions or related fields such as marketing, sales, customer service, or education.
Preferred: Travel and recruitment experience within the assigned region.
Preferred: Previous experience with remote work.

Responsibilities
Engage in all aspects of the off-campus recruitment program.
Manage a dynamic travel schedule within your geographic territory, which may involve both in-state and out-of-state recruitment activities.
Schedule visits to high schools and career centers, and attend college and transfer fairs.
Develop and evaluate data-driven recruitment strategies, making recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate specialized programming, such as regional information sessions and campus visits.
Cultivate relationships with school counselors, community organizations, and other influential figures in the college search process.
Deliver engaging presentations to groups of prospective students and their supporters.
Monitor and analyze data to track progress towards enrollment goals.
Develop and manage a budget for recruitment activities in your assigned area.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to prospective students through various communication channels.
Collaborate with campus offices to facilitate the admissions process for students.
Participate in virtual recruitment activities, including information sessions and webinars.
Support marketing initiatives and engage with the college's social media efforts.
Utilize the office's CRM system to maintain accurate data records and manage inquiries.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in the development and assessment of special projects as needed.
Provide assistance to students and families in languages other than English, when applicable.
Physical requirements include some lifting (up to 50 pounds) and occasional night driving.
Salary
Annual salary range is $55,000 - $63,000, based on qualifications and experience.
