Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to clients relocating to Redlands, CA, US, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home.
• Become an expert on the local real estate market in Redlands, including neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and current trends, and share this knowledge with clients.
• Establish connections with relocation companies, corporations, and local businesses in Redlands to drive new business opportunities and referrals.
• Lead clients through the home-buying process in Redlands from the initial consultation to the final closing, ensuring a seamless transaction.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Redlands market to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
Qualifications:
• A genuine interest in obtaining a real estate license if not already licensed.
