Job Summary
Supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Provides individualized care as directed by the resident’s individualized the plan of care, which is administered humanely, competently, comprehensively and with continuity. May function in the capacity of primary or charge nurse.
The RN or LPN, Care Center Charge Nurse: 72 hrs/pay period (Night & Wkend) position is scheduled 12 hr shifts 6:00am-6:30pm and every third weekend with rotating holidays.
LPN Range: $23.68-$33.32
RN Range: $33.18-$48.94
Night Shift Differential: $3.50/hour
Weekend Shift Differential: $2.50/hour
