About the Role
As a Telephone Triage Nurse, you'll use your clinical expertise to assess and guide patients over the phone, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and support. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs with prior experience in:

Emergency Department (ED)
Call Center or Provider Office Triage
Other fast-paced clinical settings
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality triage services for both pediatric and adult populations.
Utilize your clinical knowledge to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate care.
Document patient interactions and recommendations with precision using our computer systems.
Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications
Current RN license in a compact state (additional nursing licenses may be required after hire).
A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a preference for ED, triage, or call center backgrounds.
Excellent multitasking abilities and proficiency with computer systems.
A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
