Project Background

• The Montana Department of Justice (MT DOJ) State Attorney's Office (SAO) implemented AdvoLogix as a case management solution.
• The current environment is not leveraging the use of permissions to provide customization to each of the six (6) Bureaus that are currently utilizing the system.
• The MT DOJ Information Technology Services (JITS) is working on redefining their roles and permissions for the SAO to better support cohesive administration of internal and external platforms.
• The SAO is seeking an resource to work on redesigning and implementing role access and permissioning in the existing AdvoLogix/Salesforce platform.

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support the Montana Department of Justice (DOJ) in reconfiguring the AdvoLogix case management system.
• This project involves implementing role-based user management, automated user provisioning, and customizing dashboards to enhance operational efficiencies for six legal bureaus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the DOJ IT Project Manager to reconfigure roles and permissions in the Salesforce/AdvoLogix platform.
• Implement role-based access using Active Directory integration and least-privileged permissions.
• Design and deploy customized dashboards for six legal bureaus to meet specific business needs.
• Configure automated onboarding/offboarding processes through SAML integration and Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning.
• Document all configurations and provide training materials for end users and system administrators.
• Perform system health checks, issue identification, and resolution post-implementation.
• Lead quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, including AdvoLogix implementations.
• Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, and CJIS compliance standards.
• Experience working with government or legal institutions is preferred.
• Expertise in Active Directory integrations, SSO, and user provisioning solutions.
• Strong documentation and training skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work remotely within U.S. time zones (MST preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience implementing cloud solutions compliant with FedRAMP policies.
• Knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in managing multi-bureau or multi-department implementations.
