Job Title: SAP S4 Procurement and Logistics Specialist

Location: Dauphin County, PA ( Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 Procurement and Logistics Specialist with a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in SAP Procurement and Logistics modules. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, overseeing procurement activities and supporting the ERP Upgrade Project. This role is responsible for project leadership, business process mapping, data profiling, testing, and post-go-live support. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are key for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation and Support : Act as a primary point of contact for the ERP Upgrade Project, providing expertise on Contracting, Sourcing, and Procurement processes.
• Process Mapping and Project Leadership : Understand current procurement processes, align them with new business requirements, and support system integration and improvement.
• Collaboration : Work with internal teams and external partners to drive project progress, support testing, and assist in developing flexible reporting tools.
• Data and Workflow Management : Lead data profiling, cleansing, validation, and documentation of ERP workflows.
• Training and Documentation : Identify training needs, develop user guidelines, and support new and ongoing user training efforts.
• Project Testing and Support : Oversee all project testing activities, including documenting gaps and risks, and support go-live cutover and hyper-care phases.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Procurement and Logistics modules.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement, including Fiori apps, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Vendor Portals, and AP integration.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience in complex project management, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient technical writer.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management, barcoding applications, Purchase Requisitions, RFx management, and contract management.
• Experience supporting data reconciliations, validations, and quality assurance in SAP environments.
• SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ERP system change management and best practices.
• Ability to develop standards for process documentation and business practices.
