We are looking for a licensed Special Education Teacher in Pennsylvania to join our team remotely! Key Responsibilities:

Virtual Instruction: Provide engaging and personalized online instruction to students with special needs across Pennsylvania.
IEP Management: Create, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with Pennsylvania state guidelines.
Collaboration: Partner with families, support staff, and school teams remotely to ensure each student's success.
Compliance: Adhere to Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements for virtual learning and special education services.
Qualifications:

Pennsylvania Special Education License: Must hold a valid Special Education teaching license for the state of Pennsylvania.
Experience: Previous experience in a virtual teaching environment is a bonus, but not required.
Clearances: Ability to obtain all required PA clearances, including FBI, PA Child Abuse, and PA State Police clearances.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with virtual platforms and online teaching tools is essential for success in this role.

Compensation & Contract Details:

Hourly Rate: $35 - $45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Contract Type: This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible working hours to fit your schedule.

Screening Call: A quick 10-15 minute call to discuss your qualifications.
Virtual Interview: A 20-30 minute interview with the school district to dive deeper into your experience.
Offer: Offers are typically extended within 24-48 hours after the virtual interview.
