About the Role:

We are excited to invite a dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in support of a long-term contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). In this role, you will be instrumental in providing Agile development services to design, implement, operate, and maintain software solutions that facilitate data exchange between pharmacies, drug manufacturers, and other dispensing entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Embrace and implement the SAFe Agile methodology.
- Oversee computer operations and ensure production schedules are met.
- Optimize the effective use of computer system resources.
- Coordinate and resolve production-related issues efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, teaming partners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of information technology services.
- Provide users with timely and accurate computer output.
- Supervise and support staff operators to maintain a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience,
- OR a Master's Degree with 5 years of experience (including 3 years of specialized experience),
- OR no degree with 10 years of experience (8 years must be specialized experience).

Experience:

- Prior experience as a Scrum Master utilizing the SAFe Agile methodology is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) contracts.
- Agile Certifications are a plus.
