Job Description

Siro is the intelligence platform for in-person sales. We record, transcribe, and analyze the millions of in-person conversations happening every day — a dataset never before captured — to help sales people.

You may be surprised to learn that of the millions of sales professionals in the U.S., the majority work in-person, face-to-face. Think of HVAC contractors, medical device salespeople, or real-estate agents. And while top-performers can out-earn surgeons, most do not reach their potential because it is almost impossible to get on-the-job coaching when you’re alone in the field.

Siro gives sales reps data-driven coaching, actionable insights, and peer-to-peer learnings. Soon Siro’s intelligence platform will power business use cases across strategy, marketing, customer success, and more. Our technology can serve any scenario where front-line, face-to-face conversations drive business outcomes.

With a $5B+ TAM and over $25M in backing from world-class investors, we're on a mission to make field sales the most accessible path to financial freedom.

Our product is already making waves - with 4.8 stars on the App Store (700+ ratings), 5.0 stars on G2 (25 reviews), and partnerships with industry leaders like ServiceTitan (NASDAQ: TTAN).

Siro is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to play a critical role in enabling faster, more data-driven decision-making across the company. By ensuring that teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success have shared, reliable access to key data, this role will accelerate execution, improve efficiency, and unlock new strategic opportunities.

This role will be responsible for product analytics, experiment design, customer-facing insights, and business intelligence tools — helping empower teams across the company to make faster, smarter decisions at scale.

If you're excited about turning raw data into actionable insights and shaping the future of a high-growth AI-first company, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the development and optimization of core data products — build and refine BI dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics infrastructure that drive internal and customer-facing insights

  • Establish and enforce data quality standards — define governance, documentation, and best practices to ensure accuracy and trust in company-wide metrics

  • Define critical data and data infrastructure needs in partnership with product and engineering

  • Advance Siro’s data strategy and experimentation culture – champion data-driven decision-making, improve experimentation frameworks, and proactively surface insights that shape company strategy

Main KPIs

  • Adoption rate of customer-facing analytics dashboards (e.g., % of active customers using them)

  • % of product roadmap decisions backed by quantitative data (e.g., XX% of PRDs include a quantitative data point)

  • Internal team satisfaction with data access and insights

Who you are

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data pipeline development

  • Strong background in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, Tableau)

  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data in production environments

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a business-focused approach

  • Familiarity with LLM-driven insights is a plus but not a core requirement

Skills

  • Technical skills/familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:

At Siro, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued, whether they are applying for an open position or working at the company. We provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Compensation
