Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee DonorBureau’s text fundraising team, driving innovation and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute SMS fundraising strategies for top-tier political clients, ensuring high-impact results.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling messaging and optimize fundraising campaigns.
• Oversee campaign execution and daily operations , ensuring efficiency and high ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with political clients, donors, and industry partners .
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing, implement service improvements, and stay ahead of industry innovations.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement, ROI, and donor retention.
• Expand DonorBureau’s footprint within the political fundraising space by leveraging industry connections and exploring new opportunities.
• Ensure seamless campaign execution, from setup and copy development to performance tracking and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level leadership experience in political fundraising or direct-response digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume fundraising operations and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills , including experience with ROI calculations, profit/loss analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to make high-speed decisions in a fast-moving environment while prioritizing results over perfection.
• Strong industry connections within the political fundraising space.
