We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in software development project management, including 4+ years leading Agile teams and acting as a Scrum Master when needed. This role requires expertise in Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools, strong technical acumen in web and mobile applications, and the ability to manage scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Ideal candidates will have PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications and a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions while aligning with business objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development
  

• At least 8 years of experience in either a Project or Program Management role or a combination of the roles.
  

• At least 4 years of experience leading projects through Agile methodologies, operating in a Scrum Master role, when necessary, to decompose high-level project requirements into actionable Features, Epics, and Stories for delivery by the project team
  

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, product management/design or related field
  

• Extensive experience leading solution delivery teams in a matrixed environment with aggressive delivery goals, inclusive of strong scope, schedule, budget, vendor, risk/issue, and project planning and management.
  

• Experience using Azure DevOps, JIRA or other Agile tools strongly desired.
  

• Strong grasp or quick learner of web-based, mobile, and mobile responsive application software development technologies
  

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with strong focus and prioritization of end-user needs, user experience, and business delivery value.
  

• · Ability to communicate to and create clear presentations for executives and business stakeholders.
  

• · PMP, Agile or Scrum, or Product Management certification(s) (i.e. PMI ACP, Scrum Alliance SCP) strongly desired.
