Position Overview
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join our North America Marketing team as a part-time intern. This internship is available for college credit (Spring Semester - 160 hours total) and must be approved by your school. Please note, this is a non-paid position. In this role, you'll primarily support creative and brand marketing campaigns, while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Community Management
Engage with our social media audiences to build brand awareness and strengthen affinity across channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Reach out to bloggers, media outlets, and influencers to share new content.
Monitor and flag customer service queries and issues.
Help identify organic strategies to grow our audience.
Creative
Research and write short- and long-form content.
Update and optimize existing blog posts.
Upload and edit blog content using WordPress.
Source, crop, and upload images for blogs and campaigns.
Social Media
Assist in creating social media-first content, from pitching ideas to writing copy and sourcing imagery.
Monitor current trends and events to identify opportunities for brand engagement in real-time conversations.
General Support
Provide support for marketing and PR campaigns as needed, including analyzing data and preparing reports.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
Ability to work part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
College students (juniors and seniors) or recent graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field are preferred
Excellent storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently
A passion for writing and adaptability to brand tone of voice
Attention to detail in spelling, grammar, and proofreading
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
A creative spirit with curiosity and a sense of humor
Active on social media and knowledgeable about what makes a compelling story on different channels
A passion for travel is a plus!
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with social media management tools like Zoho Social, Falcon, Hootsuite, or Spredfast
Experience using WordPress or another CMS
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Familiarity with Google Analytics or social media metrics
Basic understanding of Photoshop
