Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a creative social media enthusiast looking for your next opportunity? My client is a Buffalo, New York-based company seeking a Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Location: Hybrid role Monday/Friday work from home (40hrs week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to engage audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  • Curate high-quality content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and photos, using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and other design software.
  • Create and execute innovative social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and inform strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Utilize video editing skills to create compelling video content.
  • Conduct SEO audits and manage the company's social media presence to ensure all platforms are visually appealing.
  • Work closely with the photography team to source high-quality images that align with our brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in video editing software and a strong ability to create high-quality video content.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in social media or digital marketing.
